Visit to Książ Castle

Visiting the Książ Castle and the Palm House in Wałbrzych, you can improve your digital skills:

  • Search for Information Online
  • Use your browser to look up additional information about Książ Castle or interesting facts about the plants in the palm house.

  • If you come across information signs in a foreign language, use Google Translate to translate. Try the camera translation feature in Google Lens. 
  • Identify Plants with Google Lens
  • In the palm house, choose a plant you’d like to know more about. Use Google Lens to identify it and learn more about it. Are there any flowers that purify the air that you can grow at home?
  • Take Photos
  • Use your smartphone camera to take pictures of the most interesting flowers in the palm house. Experiment with camera features like zoom and focus. 
  • Share Photos in a Google Album
  • After the trip, select your 2-3 best photos and upload to a shared album in Google Photos to the album named Flowers TUL June 2025
